  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your shipping details and tracking number.
  • Please note that during peak periods or sales, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within India typically takes 5-7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery options are available for an additional fee. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.

For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to India. If your location is not listed, please contact us to inquire about possible shipping arrangements.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, unexpected delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Vizag Party Shop is not responsible for any orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
