This video is mandatory and must be shared with us when you request a refund. This helps us process the claim swiftly and accurately.
- Product Condition: To qualify for a refund, the items must be in unused condition, in their original packaging, and free from damage caused by the customer. If the product has been used, altered, or damaged after receipt, it will not be eligible for a refund.
