1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Products that have been altered, tailored, or damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products, sale items, and items purchased during promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.
3. Process for Returns & Exchanges
- Opening video is must for return & exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@vizagpartyshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- For exchanges, if the requested product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or receive store credit.
4. Return Shipping

- The customer is responsible for shipping while returning the product. It may be due to any reason.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vizag Party Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
