  • Product Information

All sarees and other products listed on Vizag Party Shop are described and displayed as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings.

We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, and availability without notice.

  • Return to Origin (RTO)

In case an order cannot be delivered, the courier will reattempt delivery on the next consecutive working day.

If the parcel still cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues (such as unavailability at the address, incorrect/wrong pincode or address, invalid or unreachable contact number, or any similar reason), the parcel will be returned to the seller’s shipping address.

Once the parcel has been successfully returned to origin, the Vizag Party Shop team will initiate a refund.

Please note: As per policy, two-way shipping charges and packing charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Shipping & Delivery Time

The delivery date shown at the time of billing is only an estimate provided by courier partners.

Non-working days, public holidays, and additional time required for order processing/packaging are not included in the estimated delivery time.

Standard shipping & delivery timelines may range from 2 to 10 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

  • Orders & Payment

All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email acknowledgment.

We accept payments through secure online payment gateways. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices displayed on the website are in ₹INR, and any additional taxes or fees (where applicable) will be clearly stated during checkout.

  • Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping all india. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Any customs duties or taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in offering high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective item, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please contact our customer support before initiating a return.

  • Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.99
